Provincial Nomination Programme

Eligibility

To apply as a provincial nominee, you must:

• meet the minimum requirements of one of the provinces or territory’s non-Express Entry streams
• be nominated under that stream

If you don’t have a nomination

To be nominated by a province or territory^Footnote*, you must follow the instructions on their website and contact them directly:

• Alberta
• British Columbia
• Manitoba
• New Brunswick
• Newfoundland and Labrador
• Northwest Territories
• Nova Scotia
• Ontario
• Prince Edward Island
• Saskatchewan
• Yukon
